Logistics Co-ordinators
The Logistics Co-ordinators will play a key support role in ensuring the smooth delivery of one of the world's largest choral events.Working within the Operations Team, the Logistics Co-ordinators will assist with the operational delivery across three key areas;
Accommodation – assisting guest check-ins and co-ordinating IOC and VIP transfers
Airport – ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for all arrivals and departures
Transport – ensuring the seamless running of all transport schedules

Venue Co-ordinators
Working within the Operations Team, the Venue Co-ordinators will oversee daily activities at the Games venues, ensuring spaces are operational and schedules are on track. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, including the international and national organising teams, along with the venue technical, front of house and food & beverage teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of rehearsals, competitions, concerts and workshops.
